This quaint studio has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, its own private fenced yard, deck with an ocean view, raised garden bed and includes all utilities paid (e.g., water, trash, gas, electricity, pest control).

Plenty of street parking. No smoking inside, but it is permitted outside.

The deposit is $750. 12-month lease at minimum. Will consider a small pet with an additional deposit.

An open house will be held on Saturday, July 30th from 11 am 2 pm. If you would like to schedule a tour after Saturday, email for an appointment.

    "I am one of the last few original residents in this neighborhood. I've lived here since 1953. my neighborhood goes through a lot of changes every so often. Seems to be a lot of young families moving in again having pride in their homes. So good to see. Rentals don't seem to care nor do the owners who probably live in another city. love my hood just hate the traffic."

I do see the city making improvements and redevelopment. It's a gorgeous town and has much to offer!!!"
