    "people dump their trash in the empty lots around the neighborhood and we have multiple families living in single homes. there is hardly parking courtesy of one house in particular with the kennels in their garage. any festivals or celebrations expect loud music. parking limited. etc"

Saturdays they have soccer leagues and it's hard to get out of our neighborhood with all the vehicles blocking the field of view"
