Welcome to this well built 3 bedroom ranch in South Hanover. One floor living with a large living room with fireplace that will be great for entertaining. There is a wall down the middle that already seperates it for a finished side and a storage area with laundry and utilities. The A/C system is new in 8 of 2024 and 8 windows were replaced 9 of 2023. The roof was replaced in 2022 as well as the driveway and all drainage going towards the road in 2024. The backyard was regraded in 2022 also. Hot water heater was replaced in 2/2023.
