Along with the home comes a large garage/work shed, and other covered parking as noted in the pictures. Please have application fully filled out prior to requesting a viewing or questions.

Three small pets that are house broken are allowed with a pet fee at signing. Renter is responsible for all utilities including trash pick up. One month security deposit (1595.00) is due at time of signing. No smoking allowed. All lawn maintenance (mowing) is the full responsibility of renter. No loud motorcycles, cars or shooting of guns. There are various dog stations, like poop bags, downtown. The stores will put out a water bowl for the dogs. There’s a lot of things to do with your dog. They have a festival just for dogs in the spring. You can take your dog trick or treating and dress them up. I love living here with my family and three dogs. "
