About this House

Modern and airy granny flat to the side of our main residence on a cul de sac- a 7 minute walk to Ponto Beach. Newly built summer 2022 and ready for a tenant. The unit is compact but functions well for the space- and given the ability to have indoor/outdoor flow- it's the perfect coastal escape. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an in unit wall heater and stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung smart appliances including fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher. The tenant is also able to have shared access to our yard with artificial turf. We are seeking a tenant who is able to sign a one year lease, and provide first months rent and security deposit upon lease signing. The highest priority is finding someone we can get along with since there is some shared yard space!

Gas, electricity, trash, water, and landscaping is included in the rent. However, the internet/cable tv will be the tenant's responsibility.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
