    "A surprisingly quiet neighborhood , a mix of families , single professionals, and students. mostly rentals owned by Sanford so some properties are not as maintained as others. "

    "Lots of dog owners and walkers who follow the leash laws out of respect for the non dog owners. Most pick up after their pets. My family has lived in the neighborhood for 4 generations and there is a small bungalow with a large corner yard on this particular block that seems to get used as a dog area, but we don’t have a sign that says stay off the grass. The campus is a nice area to walk and a few near by parks, as well as a couple dog parks in town."

    "I often see folks walking their dogs in my neighborhood. There are four parks within walking distance, as well as both college campuses and a middle school track and field for letting them run during off school hours. If that’s still legal? I haven’t had a dog for awhile now."
