Description

Seeking a housemate to join me, my boyfriend, and our pup in a 3bd 2bth 1-story house in Orange! For immediate move in, but we are flexible on the exact date.

House has central air and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer are new!). Off-street parking available.

Your room: Private room and a bathroom of your own (not en suite), as well as shared access to the kitchen, living room, and a spacious backyard/patio. Rooms are quiet, with very little sound transmission between rooms.
We're right off of Chapman Ave within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, and bus stops. Olde Town is a few minutes down the road. Convenient access to I-5, 57, and 22!

About us: I'm an audio engineer, he's a doctor at CHOC just starting fellowship. We both are kind individuals with artistic hobbies. We both like to play Dungeons and Dragons and video games as well. Fennel is a ~25lb pup who knows a lot of tricks and is sweet as pie!

Rent would be $1400 a month for a single person, $1900 for a couple, plus utilities. Lease would be through end of June 2025 with the option to renew. Price of rent is locked in through at least 2026 (won't go up next year!).

We are hoping to find someone who is reasonably tidy, communicative, and friendly. We are non-smokers except for occasional 420. Small dogs are okay. No large dogs or cats, per landlord.
