Description

This nice 3BR home has many updates throughout including a new roof in 2019. It boasts beautiful hardwood floors that flow from the living room through the dining room to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, newer cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is just off the kitchen and is open to the living room and sliders to the patio and back yard. The main floor bathroom has tiled floors and granite counter. Downstairs has a family room and a 3/4 bath with another room that could be used for anything you want. There is a tiled area that goes into the tuck under garage as well. The back yard is quiet and secluded with an underground pet fence installed for pets and a large shed for storage. The Furnace and AC are from 2016, the water heater is new in 2019, and it has a radon mitigation system already installed. This is a solid home with so much to offer!

"Sioux City is very friendly depending on the street you live on! It doesn’t necessarily depend on the neighborhood but the street, your neighbors, and the main roads around you."
  • Zoeyacero20
"Would not like how many dogs there are if their dog is reactive or unfriendly. Would like the amount of walking area all over"
  • Tyrone Sturdivant
"Art fair safe Neighborhood, easy access to medical facilities. Good Shopping. Fair prices at stores. Recreational activities "
  • Zoeyacero20
"nothing, my neighborhood does nothing we are not a community. we sometimes wave to our neighbors, SOMETIMES."
  • Tyrone Sturdivant
"Somewhat good could be more transportation and routes . Transportation is not on time . Updating transportation routes is needed. "
  • Quique V.
"Halloween is always fun to see, a lot of kids with parents asking for candy; it's very nice, and neighborhood always helping out to make it great. Hundreds of kids and parents together "
  • Quique V.
"All ages people walk their dogs at any time, very respectful and clean people always picking after their dogs, it's a dogs friendly neighborhood "
  • Venessaheng12
"Every year, in the beginning of July we have SITP. Every year, Sioux City really outdoes it self in this event. Everyone comes and just enjoys the music and food. It’s a great time!"
  • Deianira F.
"You see multiple people walking their dogs and people will wave as they drive by it you walk past their house "
  • Marilyn S. L.
"my neighborhood is in a convenient location easy access to main roads highways and interstate grocery stores and restaurants "
  • Brookschultz
"12-15 minutes through downtown or I can go the long way around up Stone park Blvd. traffic is minimal in almost every part of Sioux City. The worst thing is the lack of planning that seems to happen with City road projects. They need to coordinate the timing better so that not all main traffic ways are down at the same time. Also. The trains in various parts of town can make it difficult during before and after work times. "
  • Martin
"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 9 years and I love it, I love how the people are and love how calm it is here."
  • Natalia L. .
"Where I’m located is roughly the downtown area, so anywhere I need to get to isn’t a long drive at all. The city also has many ways of getting around if needed."
  • Johnny E.
"there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas near by, however the neighborhood feels very homey."
  • Brookschultz
"Quiet neighborhood. Nosy neighbors who keep an eye out on thing so that’s actually a good thing. Very little car traffic. "
  • Helene W.
"Many people in the neighborhood own dogs, and frequently walk them through the neighborhood..Fences are required however, and different neighborhoods have different standards for their fencing, so it’s best to check guidelines ahead of time."
  • Johnson.1202kj
"I lived here my whole life and it’s beautiful but the wrong crowd exists every city has its failures"
  • Vanessia H.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and I love it. I am from a bigger city. I have never had neighbors wave to me who didn’t know me. It’s pretty awesome. I have the type of neighbors who will bring over warm apple pie just because. Amazing. "
  • Lonnie F.
"Commute is rapid and because I used to live here, I pretty much know where I am going. so I just want to find a place to relax."
  • Ellobo198628
"sioux city good place to live, good opportunity to advance and good neighborhood to raise your kids safety "
