"Quite, with fishing dock, boat launch, swimming pool, 2 acre park and lots of trees. Middle class neighborhood with a great HOA! Not the kind that gets in your business, but the type that listens to what you have to say, and spends the money where it needs to be spent. I watched our pool get re-done. You can see our new floating boat dock. I feel it's safe for my daughter to walk to the pool or boat dock. I love this place!"
