Very large Riverside end of row in fair condition with needed work. Good mechanicals. Newer gas boiler & hot water heater. Most of the electric has been updated. 3 BRS with an unfinished attic that could be a 4th BR. 1.5 baths. Detached garage needs major work and is mainly for storage and not really suitable for a car. Replacement windows. Country wrap around porch with awning. Nice back yard. Wheelchair accessible ramp on the side of the house. Overall not a bad house. Great location near the Stadium with no houses to the rear of the property. Being sold "AS IS".

The area has great parks, and it’s perfect for kids, casual walks, and bike rides around town.     "There are a lot of people that walk their dogs in this area and most people are animal friendly, but you do have some people that put up signs to keep off lawn. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up. As a dog owner, I always clean up after my dog and I get very annoyed when I am walking and I see that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. "

Outside smoking weed and using profanity all the time. Gets worse during the summer time. I cannot let my kids outside to ply because there is no respect for them as children."
