The house is filled with stylish decor and original art by an Arizona artist. The artwork is bohemian and fun, and seamlessly connects to anybody and everybody.

The space: The space has 2 queen size beds with luxury mattresses in both rooms. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a custom walk-in large shower. The kitchen is supplied with a huge refrigerator, gas range, stacked washer/dryer, RO water system, microwave and coffee set up. There is a privacy fence separating the guest house and main house, along with a planted courtyard that provides shaded outdoor seating.

Guest access: This house is centrally located so it's easy to get to any part of the city. It's also very walkable. The Phoenix Mountain Preserve is close and has tons of trails for hiking and mountain biking. A grocery store, pharmacy, shops, delicious restaurants and a cute park are all walkable from this location. Also the Arizona Canal Trail is very close which provides a great place to run, bike or walk and explore this awesome city.
There is a private gate access to this guest house. Easy street parking in front of the house.

Utilities, internet and cable are all included. Guest house is completely furnished. Looking for a 12 month lease. It will be available October 1st.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
