About this House

THIS IS A MUST SEE HOUSE

This house is fabulous for anyone who wants a private backyard. The kitchen has just been remodeled and has new cabinets, quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. New flooring throughout the house. Whether you have kids to play with, like to grow flowers or vegetables, or even just relax in a private back yard on the large deck, this is a great house. It has a large yard and large garden space with in-ground irrigation system. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Located in the Mays Pond area, it has convenient access to both I-5 and I-405 and is close to all the shops in Mill Creek.

It is a short walk from Woodside Elementary School.

Herb and vegetable gardens

This is a great house for the gardener or the cook. It has a raised bed herb garden. Current herbs in garden include: rosemary, Greek oregano, Italian Oregano, thyme, sage, and parsley. It also has a large raised bed with a patch of strawberries. For ease of picking these are about three feet above ground. There are also raspberries and rhubarb, plumbs, apples and cherries and pears. I also have a large space used for a vegetable garden in which I have grown many types of vegetables. With a good southern exposure many vegetables grow well here. I also have many flower beds with ornamental flowers.

The back yard is largely surrounded by greenbelt for a very private feel. The large back deck is south facing, for nice sun in the morning and early afternoon.

The front room has a vaulted ceiling for a more open feel. There are also skylights in the house to let more light in and brighten up the house. The kitchen has a garden window which opens up the room and there are skylights in the bathroom and hallway. There is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The house will be available in late September. I anticipate that it should be ready to move into by about 03 August or possibly sooner.

Pets negotiable

I plan to have an open house from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday July 28th. Please reply back to this add with any questions you might have. • Ruben H.
"It quiet and well kept, the neighbors are nice and get along well. There easily accessible places like restaurants, shops, and bus stations"
  • Krista B.
"I have lived in Bothell for 18 years. It’s a nice place to live. Most people are friendly, very family oriented neighborhoods. My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
  • Angela F.
"The Neigbors and the peaceful place is a good place to live here, and the big yards and the school are near "
  • Vanessaretallick
"There are nearby art fairs, fundraisers, summertime concerts, outdoor movies. These are my personal favorites "
  • Tony B.
"Block party. Super fun, great bands, great beers. Not a bad price for what you get at all. I love Bothell and all it has to offer these days."
  • William C.
"Lot of space to walk dogs and lot of green belt areas . The side walks are also well maintained and safe "
  • Cyndi M.
"Love the community feel here. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Downtown Bothell has been renovated and it’s a fun place to relax and enjoy the community fun!"
  • Mooretwin
"There are sidewalks, lit streets and doggy poop bags at all mailboxes to ensure poop pick up. The houses are close together so you hear dogs bark"
  • Courtney M.
"lots of very dog reactive dogs left in yards or at least have constant access to the yard to be able to flip out whenever you walk by their fence with your dog on the sidewalk. maybe that's just the immediate neighbors around us. "
  • Chuck Bungles
"We have neighborhood swing parties, and Hawaiian barbecues all the time. Best neighbors ive ever had!"
  • Nvchrysalis
"Nice quiet neighborhood. Mostly doesn’t have sidewalks - so difficult for nighttime walks. Pet friendly. 4 th of July you can watch fireworks for hours"
