Description

Also, the house has an Office that also serves as an additional bedroom as necessary. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a full kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar/nook are on the Upper Level. Each bedroom, office and Kitchen/dining have mini-split A/C units.

On the lower level, in addition to two bedrooms and a full bath, is a very large great room with a side nook that currently is used as a game room complete with game table.

Ceilings throughout the house are 10 foot high, providing a spacious look and feel throughout the house.

"N/A everything is peaceful and people are generally polite. Never had an issue with anyone although there are people who speed through the neighborhood and sometimes are questionable people walking around, urinating in public sometimes. "

"Lived here for 3 years so far and most everyone are friendly. Cute safe little town with an interesting shops. The price of groceries are a little higher than I’m used to seeing in rapid city. "

"You see people walkintheir dogs and people walking to the store all the time! You can go into the store during the winter time and leave the heat running and your car won't be stolen! Very different from Florida's Tampa Bay Area! "

"I love it here. Peaceful and quite quiet and neighbors are nice. Close to everything. There are a couple problem children, and there has been at least one theft that I am aware of and a mean dog.....other than that it’s a great place. "

"When we moved to Sturgis we were welcomed by the neighbors so warmly we are great friends to this day. I love my neighborhood it is older but it is awesome. We have moved for my husbands job, but, we are keeping our home, so we rented it out to our neighbors family. We will be back. "
