Description

Peaceful, pre-Civil War 2 bedroom cabin on 17+ acres bordered by Forest Service Land. This cabin was created from one tree in 1834. There is documentation included on the builders. This home features an original spring house and additional log shed as well as beautiful foliage as the previous owner of 50 years had a nursery in the past. The pond, creek, gated acres and updates with other potential building sites make this a wonderful property. This would make a hunting paradise
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"I have lived much of my life on the Tennessee and NC side of the Smokies. Qualla is the best place to live. You will be very close to Cherokee, Sylva, and Bryson City. The National Park is about 15 minutes away. In Qualla, you do not feel surrounded by the commercialism of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It is quiet and peaceful. Access to the major highways is easy during snow; in 11 years we never got snowed in. Smoky Mountain Elementary is a wonderful school. Golf is now available with Sequoyah National Golf Club just minutes away. It is the best of the Smokies."
