Neighborhood Description

Imperial Oaks is the most successful, established master-planned community on the east side of I-45 in north Houston.

Imperial Oaks has just added another 400 acres to the master plan. Located east of Imperial Oaks Blvd., this new acreage brings Imperial Oaks to approximately 1,400 acres overall, with a master plan that calls for 3,600 single-family homes when the community is built out.
