Nice Two Bedroom in Beautiful CommunityAll of our buildings and apartments have been undergoing rehabs over the past 12-months so things are looking great! Each building has two entrances, a front entrance and a back entrance which both lead to the parking lot and one of which leads to the courtyard which is surrounded by lush, mature landscaping. When you walk into your apartment through the newly carpeted hallways, you enter into the large living room area, which has a sliding patio door that opens to either your patio or balcony, depending upon which floor your apartment is on. Both our 1 & 2 bedroom apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All of our apartments have tons of closet space, large bedrooms and most have remodeled bathrooms featuring ceramic tiles and new vanities. The property sits in a fantastic location, right off of Highway 24 yet it sits back far enough off the highway that you do not hear the traffic sounds which normally go along with living on a major street. Each building has onsite laundry rooms located on the bottom floor of each building, so you never have to go far to get laundry done! There is a centralized mail center which sits right in front of our large swimming pool which is open seasonally.
