In search of the perfect people who will love and enjoy my house as much as i have. I feel it is warm and inviting and it always feels good to be home. The breezeway, which is a good place for gathering or reading, also provides shelter from wind or rain on a warm summer night. The backyard is my favorite place to be as it is fenced-in and private with mature trees for shade. We added the perfect landscaping with a large patio for grilling, and there is even a shed and a strawberry garden. The kitchen is updated with plenty of cabinet space, lightening, and wooden floors. It opens up into the living area for a nice open feel. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and a full bath with a HEATED FLOOR, which is amazing! Half of the basement consists of a laundry area, plenty of storage, and a work area. The other half has provided many uses over the years but now is a blank canvas for a new owner. The water heater is newer, the attic was re-insulated, and there are new front steps. Although the garage is a one stall it has storage and there is at least 4 parking spaces in the driveway for those with an electric car starter.
