All utilities are under ground. Soliciting without license is prohibited. Most residents park in their in there driveways. Residents usually refrain form grass cutting before 10 AM especially on weekends. No litter. Residents pick up after their dogs and keep them on leashes. School buses pick up and drop off kids in the neighborhood at no cost. All in all, a very pleasant, charming, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Community swimming pool in the plan subsidized by the borough. Access to exceptional shopping malls, Parkways and Pa turnpike is less than 2 miles. All religions and houses of of worship are represented in the community. Exceptional schools with new building sand sport facilities.
