About this House

FURNISHED Wonderful home in the beautiful Village of Oak Creek, Sedona. It is fully furnished with dishes & kitchenware. We are looking for a short term renter that may only need a 12 to 16 months rental. This home sits on a corner lot and has a large back yard with magnificent views of the red rock. The kitchen is modern with granite counter tops, an island, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, & refrigerator. The bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom is large with a walk in closet and bathroom. There is an inside laundry room with washer & dryer, a screened Arizona room off and a spacious 2 car garage. The house has central heat & air, propane gas stove/oven & heater. The home is close to shopping, restaurants and the Oak Creek Country Club & golf course. We are firm on our "no pet" policy.

We will be showing the house and taking applications beginning December 7, 2022. Please message me for an appointment.

This is a month to month lease. The tenant is to pay all utilities other than gardener.
