A bubbler system is currently in use due the waterfalls pump system needs attention by the buyer. The main house has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the upper level and the third bedroom is on the lower level. The fourth bedroom and third full bathroom is above the detached garage and is accessible by a separate deck and stairway or from a deck above the breezeway from the main house. A large office is located on the main level and has a doorway to the deck leading to the apartment above the garage. The apartment has an efficiency kitchen/sitting area bedroom, and full bath which has the potential for various uses such as second office, a self contained suite for older teens, older relatives or entertainment area. The detached garage consists of a workshop and two car garage that is currently set up with insulation over the garage doors and is used as workshop. The garage electrical system was upgraded to 200 amp service and a separate breaker box was installed for the garage and apartment at the same time the apartment was finished above the garage. The apartment and the garage upgrade was permitted and passed inspection by the Township. A new septic system has been installed and has been approved by the Burlington County Health Department. The system is a mound system directly behind the house. and has been reseeded. New flooring was installed on deck between the main house and the apartment overtop the breezeway. The second deck that has been replaced is the apartment deck that is outside the sliding glass door of the apartment and leads to the outside stairway. , The third deck off of the kitchen had to be removed due to the septic installation and will not be replace prior to the sale of the property. A reverse osmosis system is on the water supply is located in the utility room with the oil furnace on the lower level. The system was service in October 2020. Currently the main house is heated by oil heat via hot water radiators and the oil tank is in the mudroom/storage room between the breezeway and the laundry in the lower level of the house. The heater and the oil tank were serviced in October 2020. Natural gas is available at the street and can be connected by the new owner. The apartment is heated by electric heat. A whole house fan is located in the kitchen. On the lower level off of the great room is a hot tub( needs a motor) and a shower directly next to the hot tub. The great room has a wood stove installed and has the ability to heat the house if power is lost. The third bedroom is located down the hallway. A large laundry room/storage area that is partially finished. Next to the laundry room is a sun room that that overlooks the side of the property. The breezeway provides access to the driveway and detached workshop and garages. Verizon wireless modem are currently in use. Cable is available at the street for installation by the buyer. A chicken coop is off to the left of the septic system and needs a new floor. Chickens are allowed on the property. Beyond the septic system is a three stall shed row barn that can be used for horses or other livestock. The water line from the house was disconnected due to the septic installation and can easily be reattached. The electric to the shed was also disconnected and needs to be reinstalled. There is a separate breaker on the breaker box for the main house for the barn electric. The owners used electric tape with wooden fence posts and repairs are needed. 2021-04-09
