Description

Beautiful home in Red Lion/ Dallastown schools
Updated Dallastown schools 3bed/1.5bath Red Lion duplex. Prime location, minutes from shopping and in town, in an awesome family neighborhood. Located behind Weis off of Cape Horn and Lombard. This home has a finished basement with washer and dryer and a bar area for entertaining or a prime movie night spot for the family. Nice size yard with a shed and garden area. The home is slightly different than pictures as you will furnish it and make it yours and the flooring has since been updated. Kitchen countertops are concrete and has a nice deep sink. Available after, by or before July 1st. I'm looking to place a family who will care for the home as if it's their own. Hence, if timing is right we are trying to wait to apply a fresh coat of paint. Would like your input beforehand. Please message me with questions or for application requests. Currently occupied, therefore showings are limited and I will need to provide notice.
