The front door is equipped with a WiFi and Bluetooth-capable Yale smart dead bolt with PIN code and app unlocking. When you step into this updated single-family home from the front porch, the entryway flows into an open floorplan dining room and kitchen to the right and living room to the left. The first-floor has a cozy bedroom with adjacent full bath (not en suite, tiled tub and shower) and on the second floor you'll find two large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and a full-bath (tiled, glassdoor shower, no tub) down the hall. Note that the bathroom is not Jack and Jill style. On-premise laundry consisting of dual-basin utility sink, top-load electric washer, and front-load gas dryer on a pedestal stand are available for tenant use in the basement. The basement is for storage only as it has no egress to outside; it also features water-sealed floors and walls with multi-zone sump pumps to keep the space dry during heavy rains. The basement has a partially finished area with overhead lighting as well as circuit breaker electrical panel, water meter, and furnace/water heater access.

The rear entry door opens onto an elevated, painted wood deck. The deck steps lead onto a 10' x 11' paver patio which can be used for off-street parking that can accommodate a single, mid to compact-sized vehicle (no carport/garage). Additional vehicles may be parked on the street in front of the house. The backyard is approximately 55' x 45' and the front yard is approximately 30' x 45'; both are unfenced. There is a steel storage shed at the rear of the backyard.

Renter pays for all utilities water, sewer, gas, and electric (monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually, whichever applies to the corresponding invoice). Month and a half (1.5x) deposit and first-month's rent due at signing. No smoking or open flames are permitted within the home, no pets allowed. Renter must secure and maintain renter's insurance for the duration of their lease.

All supplied appliances are the renter's responsibility to maintain in working condition, including necessary repairs that fall outside of the product's warranty. Appliances must be returned in good working order and original condition, less normal wear and tear is acceptable. Severe cosmetic damage to appliances, countertop, cabinets, or floors may result in forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit for repair or replacement.

Renter is responsible for exterior maintenance, including lawn/topiary trimming, and snow removal that meets the minimum requirements of township code, and of which delinquent maintenance resulting in financial penalty and/or code violations from the town's enforcement agency shall be the renter's responsibility.
