Description

**Due to typo that was recently pointed out to me the phone number has been updated and is now correct for contact** 3 bedroom home one of wich has walk thru access from second floor full bath and a good size room accessed thru bedroom we used as walk in closet could also make great nursery if needed .Also has decent sized "office"room on first floor.Home has had some recent updates Newer wood stoves in kitchen and living room the latter only having been used one season.Plumbing has been gone thru and replaced/updated. Newer electrical service and propane boiler with side arm hot water tank.(Have never run out of hot water)New roof better than 3/4 layed to date.Have material to complete.The one section that hasn't been redone as of yet DOES NOT leak.Both front and side doors are accessed by decent sized roofed porches. Drive way is paved.We lived in house as is but could be continued to be worked on/updated to suit and make you're own.blown in insulation in attic and walls.
