About this House

Updated and cozy Bungalow in quiet neighborhood. Close to major highways without hearing the noise! The front entrance offers an elevated porch that is fully screened in, freshly painted and has had a ceiling fan with a remote and hammock installed. After the porch is the front door that enters into living and dining areas. Open to the living area is the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartzite counters, and cabinets that were all installed in 2020. Off the kitchen towards the back is a large pantry as well as the back door with dedicated mud room entry space. The first floor offers newer floors continuous in all the rooms, tall ceilings, and recessed lights. Two spacious bedrooms and a full bath are also on the first floor. The second floor has the 3rd bedroom as well as finished attic space for a nursery or dedicated office space. **Brand new carpet on second floor, just installed and never lived on** The backyard is fully fenced in and has the detached one car garage. Samsung washer and dryer were new in 2020 as well as the oil tank, sump pump, water heater, and house wiring. Done in the past few months is new and added insulation in the basement, upgraded/increased electrical amp work, fresh paint throughout, and new carpet. This is an amazing house but it just does not work for me anymore. Please call/text 860-805-7783 or email Hannah.Here129@gmail.com with questions or showings.

"I have lived in Windsor for 5 years. It has been the perfect location! I work in downtown Hartford and I take the bus into the city from a commuter lot in my town. Itโ€™s a relaxing 15min ride into and out of Hartford and as close as I am to the capital, Windsor is cute with lots of farms and the small, quaint town feel I was looking for. Iโ€™m loving it!"

"Live in the harvest Lane neighborhood for the last 9 years. One of the best places to live in the state. A very sort after neighborhood to live. Took us a while to get a house, because no one moves from it. Unless they are retiring and moving to Florida. The trails that are connected off the street that leads to Northwest Park and the reservoir for hiking are incredible. The family atmosphere is that of an extended family. The kids, the parents even the pets all know each other. We canโ€™t ask for more from such a tranquil place we live in with so much harmony and love. #HarvestLane4Life "
