This home takes all of that--and amps it up 10 fold! Gorgeous, this home has been completely renovated with today's top materials--with a nod to it's historic roots. And when we say "completely renovated", we mean COMPLETELY: New sewer, roof, and everything in between, including all new electrical, a tankless water heater, and high-end features and appliances that will make you the envy of this 'hood (and that's tough to do!).
Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in the main house with a detached guest suite with bathroom, too, you'll be surprised at every turn--in a good way! Raised ceilings bring lots of light in, while the dual paned Pella windows keep heat out. The hand-scraped wood floors reflect the cool vibe throughout, while the open concept kitchen, with it's Silestone-clad island commands center-stage attention. Although, now that I think about it, the master bedroom and master bath retreat in particular are pretty high up there, too: Featuring a teardrop glass chandelier, an oversized shower, and a beautiful soaking tub, you may need to wake up a little earlier every day because it's hard to leave luxury...
The two ancillary bedrooms feature a large Jack-and-Jill bath with dual vanities, large walk in shower, and tons of light thanks to the overhead solatube. And while historic homes are notorious for small closets, this home? Has new closets (the one bedroom actually has two!).
The additional bedroom in the main home would make a great den, office, reading room, guest room--or leave as is and keep it as a bedroom.
The powder room was thoughtfully designed, as was the mudroom. It's Arizona, and no one needs a coat closet, but we all need a command center and drop zone. And a great laundry room: While you can hide this room off via the oversized, custom, frosted glass barn door, when you see how beautiful the zinc countertop is and the repurposed old-fashioned ironing board, you'll probably keep the door open all the time!
You'll also find a detached guest suite with 3/4 bath and it's own entrance, PLUS a 2 car, detached garage with additional parking marked by old-fashioned curb cuts and high-end, synthetic grass (because let's face it: We have all seen beautiful model homes with "real" grass that dies 3 days after move in, and no one likes that. Synthetic will look good in 3 days, 3 years, and 30 years after that!)
