It's simply a wonderful neighbourhood. A designated parking space is included in the fenced rear area which is rare for a condo in the area. A place for your bike is there. In-unit washer and dryer, new marble floors, new dishwasher and gas range, and a storage space in the common area basement. Buzz entry in a secure building. HOA includes water. Our in-Savannah flat is peaceful, lovely, and just feels good.

    "I just moved a few blocks away from this area a month ago. So far everything has been stolen from my yard and porch. Three windows were smashed and the air conditioners were stolen. Not sure why so much crime when a new precinct just opened. Police have already been called to my house. They advised me to move."
