Extensively remodeled, with an indoor composting toilet, shower, 300 gallon cistern, full kitchen (no dishwasher), and access to one outhouse as well. Has a storage shed on the property for tools and seasonal storage. One gas grill included. Well designed and decorated with the upgrade, which year not sure, but the herringbone floors are gorgeous for a 123 year old cabin.
