The neighborhood sits upon the North slope of Flat Iron Mesa Park. A simple three minute walk to the park. There is also a dog park within two-three miles. Due to the slope this home provides some of the best views in Sandy for the Wasatch Mountains and downtown Salt Lake City including the University.

Our neighbors are great and friendly. A very safe neighborhood.

For access: Your future home sits about FIVE minutes from the I-215 on ramp and about 15-20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City (varies with traffic, of course).
If you look forward to the winter ski season you will find that access to Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta are all 25-30 minutes from your front door. After a day of skiing or boarding, you will be able to return home to soak in your hot tub on the lower porch level.
Sandy is close to everything and is a very nice upper-middle class town.
