"It’s a safe town but the cost of living is rising at a fast pace. A ton of new townhomes have been built here and they’re all fairly expensive ($600K+ per unit). Schools are below average. "

"The area feels safe but I haven’t seen many children around. The homes are mainly townhouses without gardens, so maybe not that suitable for smaller children. "
