Description

This is a beautiful historic home registered with the city of Redlands. This two story Spanish style colonial has hardwood floors throughout as well as two fireplaces and upstairs balconies. The house stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Every room has at least 2 windows so sunlight enters throughout the space.

We are looking for a tenant who will love and respect this home as much as we do. The house has many of its original amenities including sinks and fixtures. There is NO dishwasher or garbage disposal but the home does have a stove, dryer and central heat and air. The house is also partially furnished but if you prefer this furniture can be removed.

There is a large yard with plenty of space for anyone that enjoys gardening. There is also a 3 car garage but please note that the owner of the house is using two of them for his own personal storage so the future tenant only has access to one of the garage units.

Owner pays gardner. Rentor is responsible for all other utilities. Small pet OK.
