This building on five acres in beautiful Wyoming can be used as a business location or remodeled for a house. The building needs work.It used to be Dirty Annies Country Store. We closed the business 4 years ago. There is currently Town of Greybull water, Big Horn Rural Electric for power and a septic system that was pumped out when we closed the business. The building sits on 2 acres in the front of the property and the 3 acres in back is currently a field with irrigation. In the past we have gotten about 130 small bales of hay in one cutting.
The base of the mountains is about 3 miles up the road which holds a popular fishing spot in Shell Creek. Then head on up the Big Horns for endless recreational opportunities all year long. Antelope Butte Ski Area has year round activities. Close to BLM, National Forest, hunting and fishing. The favorite winter activity in the Big Horn Mountains is snowmobiling, and skiing. Summer, Spring and Fall brings the camping, fishing and hunting. Highway 14 is a main thoroughfare between the Black Hills and Yellowstone. Dinosaur remains are in the area along with an abundance of sea fossils and petrified wood. Visit the Red Gulch track site nearby or our own little Devil’s Kitchen half way between Greybull and Shell. Enjoy the beautiful valley with abundant wildlife, and the magnificent views of the Big Horn Mountains from the front porch. This property is only 1 mile from the small town of Shell, and 16 miles to Greybull. On down the road about an hour is Cody, Wyoming and one more hour to your arrival to Yellowstone National Park.
