Landscaping is professional and includes extra palms and shrubs. Location on a quiet cul de sac is one of the best in the area; close to the beach ( 2.0 miles), shopping, entertainment, golf, dining and the airport (15 minutes). Community is gated, has monthly newsletter, active calendar of events, sidewalks on both sides of the streets, clubhouse, pool, exercise room and street lighting.
