I was skeptical about Belaire but my son has been doing good at Belaire. He has gain more confidence, and he likes going to school because they make the students follow the rules, they are strict about their uniform policy and attendance. i am very grateful to the teachers because they go out of their way to reach out and help the students.

He’ll nah, that school sucks, I recommend never going there, they don’t teach nothing, teacher are disrespectful to students, principal thinks he doing great but not really, assistant principal thinks they are the main principal, students don’t do nothing but play around, I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO!!!!

My child attended this school for 3 years. It's been a D rated school the whole time. Nothing has improved. There are no activities to motivate the students. No field trips. The so called field day was terrible. Communication is terrible. I send emails asking questions about my child's progress and there are no responses. There's no PTO. The teachers don't even seem to be motivated. For teacher appreciation week, I sent something for each of my child's teacher. My child was the only child in her class to give them something. One of the days she had given a candy jar to the principal. She opened the jar, took out the candy that she wanted and gave it back to my child. I thought that was so disgusting and unappreciative of her. If my child had to attend another year there, I would take advantage of the School Choice and move her somewhere else. I just don't understand why nothing is done to improve this school. I realize it takes more than the teachers. Parents have to be involved as well. This school and others like it are failing our students.
