The 1,450 sf unit includes a fully furnished kitchen and laundry room, one large master bedroom, a nicely proportioned spare bedroom, walk-in master closet, large living room, dining room, first floor entry/foyer, and one car garage. Blinds, curtains, and rods are included. The unit will be available August 1st.

The condo is adjacent to the Howell Commons shopping center that provides a Kroger, Subway, Little Caesars, Papa Johns, Georges Coney Island, and China Best as well as Pet X Supplies, and Flagstar Bank. Across the street is Northeast Elementary School with access to little league ball fields and a playground. The condo is in the City limits and does come with access to Howell City Park and the Thompson Lake boat launch. Two car passes are included for access. Local attractions include the Michigan Challenge Balloon Fest, Howell Mellon Fest, Fantasy of Lights Parade, and Sunday Farmers Market.

The monthly cost is $1,200. This includes water and sewer utilities as well as trash/recycle pick-up. Gas, electric, and cable are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit and last months rent ($2,400) due upon lease signing. We are looking for a non-smoker and prefer pet free. However, if you do have animals the security deposit will be an additional $500.

Trash, water, and sewer are included with the rent. All other utilities are the renters responsibility.
