I heard the N-Word more at my one-year teaching at this high school than in the rest of my entire adult life. Hope this issue is finally addressed.

Being a parent to two children who have gone to this school, i would not recommend. The turnover rate for the teachers is really high. The homework / classwork is very unclear and it seems like they are just trying to push them to the next grade instead of helping them on what they need help with. There is no unity with the parents and teachers. We will be looking for a new school next year.

I attended YWLA and when I tell you there were soo many fights and problems. Each week a fight would take place towards the end of the school year. The teachers are either really strict to the point they don’t let you go to the restroom for more than 5 minutes without calling the office or hand you a packet to finish. Constant drama with everyone plus all the students did not care about their academics.
