We are looking for a long term rental for our 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome located in the Ledges development in St. George, Utah.

The ledges is located near the upper entrance to Snow Canyon. Across the front street is the Ledges Golf Course and Country Club. Across the street adjacent is one of the Pools/ Hot tubs and Pickle ball courts. The location can't be beat. This quiet neighborhood is ideal for anyone with plenty of beautiful views and easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities. There is a second pool/hot tub area just down the street that you also have access to with your key FOB from the HOA.

The home is an end unit - Kingston model. The main entry has a smart lock keypad. The kitchen is spacious and includes a walk in pantry. The dining table seats 8 and is perfect for hosting. The living room is beautiful and the glass sliding doors lead to a patio and BBQ with outdoor table and seating for 8.

The master bedroom is spacious and includes a double sink vanity with separate tub and shower. The walk in closet leads to the laundry room which has plenty of storage.

Upstairs there is a loft with a pull out sofa couch. There is another master bedroom upstairs with connected bathroom. At the top of the stairs is a double queen bedroom as well as a bathroom and bunk room. Just outside the loft is a beautiful rooftop patio with a lighted pergola, comfy seating for 6, and a fire table.

Our home is furnished beautifully with all you would ever need. Custom furniture and decor make it an ideal home for your stay in St. George.

We are looking for a minimum lease of 6 months. Applicants will be asked to provide proof of income and references.

Rent is $3400. This includes all utilities, internet and basic cable TV, and HOA dues.

We require first month of rent plus partially refundable damage deposit of $3400. (damages and/ or carpet cleaning may be deducted from the deposit upon move out)

Schools are plentiful and Take Out food is very diverse, you need to be aware that 100 degree day days are common for 10 months of the year but if you can handle that, its a great family city."
