I walk at night but do stay between certain blocks, I wouldn’t walk Meramec towards Grand at night, but the inner neighborhood is good. Wish people and the city trash trucks did a better job on the litter though, sad to see airplane bottles, chicken wing bones, and broken glass all of over the streets. "

However this is a floodplain and when they put in that boardwalk along ellendale, the way I'm seeing is that it's only going to get worse with flooding. I would have really liked to buy my sister a house here. I haven't marked it off my list but, I have very serious reservations."
