Smoking of any type is not allowed in the building, lawns must be trimmed regularly per HOA regulations.     "My commute is to Puyallup, 27 minutes at 10:30 am and I drive, but I used to work in Bellevue, and took public transportation exclusively. It was rough taking 4-5 buses/trains at just under 3 hours each way, but public transportation in Tacoma is great. On time, frequent and usually not too crowded. I say all this coming from LA, where you’re lucky if a bus shows up at all. "

    "Hosmer St is SCARY, and I hope we get off of it soon! There are always people shooting in the air and the homeless are heavily on drugs and roaming about. Not safe, I don’t even feel okay walking my dog around the apartment complex. "
