"Melbourne Beach hasn’t been tainted by big business or land developers looking to build big hotels. It still maintains its small town charm through the years. It’s a great place to raise kids and have pets."
  • Rledwards35
"There are Christmas parades, Turkey Trot 5ks, Firehouse provided pancake breakfasts, and beach clean-up events."
  • Allison_hokyfield
"This is a fabulous neighborhood with a tropical feel. It is very safe and always people out walking etc. love living here with kids!"
  • k66hunt
"Melbourne Beach is primarily older , retired people. To the west part of Melbourne more working families are present. There seems to be many old buildings in Melbourne and not a lot of newer buildings. So many of the older buildings sit empty & make the town look old & dingy. It’s definitely old Florida but that’s why I like it."
  • Rledwards35
"I love this little town. We celebrate the holidays really well! The PD and fire department are very close. I feel so safe. "
  • A.landin24
