About this House

This is the old Petit homestead. The house was completely renovated in 2004-2005 including new vinyl siding, replacement windows, new roof, new services, completely insulated, new kitchen including double wall oven. It has large rooms with 10 foot ceilings and 76 inch windows. There are 3 fireplaces with 2 of them back to back. These 2 fireplaces are made of red granite (in the family room which has a huge cathedral ceiling) and white marble (in the formal dining room). The openings are 6 feet wide. They are beautiful and are the signature aspect of the house. It is 3 floors with the downstairs having a 3 room apartment. The apartment has separate utilities and its own driveway. The Porch over the garage is 24' x 36' and is completely covered with a roof. A new header beam for porch roof was installed in 2016. The front porch was renovated in 2015 and a new 2 person spa/hot tub was installed in 2016 as well. I could go on but this house is truly unique and beautiful.
