The Porch over the garage is 24' x 36' and is completely covered with a roof. A new header beam for porch roof was installed in 2016. The front porch was renovated in 2015 and a new 2 person spa/hot tub was installed in 2016 as well. I could go on but this house is truly unique and beautiful.
