"Perfect area for commuting. Minutes from I-78. Less than 30 minutes to route PA-22, PA-222 and PA I-476. Also less than 1 hour to Philadelphia."
  • Monica L.
"Your right in front of a busy highway and gas station so you are always hearing noises from the outside of the apartment. All the neighbors keep to themselves so their not very social."
  • Mmawendling
"Small and safe and friendly. Close to everything! I have lived here 14 years so far! Great place for families"

  • Jenni
"I've been living here for over 12 years. Nice area to raise a family. School district is one of the better ones in the Lehigh Valley. Bethlehem is a funky town and Allentown is fixing up its downtown so thats exciting! Lehigh Valley has a number of very good colleges and universities which adds to the area's character. Easily accessible to Philadelphia (one hour drive) and New York City (1.5-2 hour drive) and major airports"

"I have lived in many places around the world - from Singapore to Washington, DC, Boston, Rhode Island, Alaska and Florida. Of all those places, Center Valley has offered me the best place to raise my family, have a career and enjoy my time off. Although my back yard is wooded with deer and a variety of birds, I can take my car or bike just a few miles and be in the heart of shopping and restaurants. I originally moved here in after interviewing a variety of schools in an hour radius of Allentown. And after seeing all that Southern Lehigh had to offer it's students - from Spanish immersion (offering Spanish from grade 1) to a fully-equipped TV recording lab and Blue Ribbon education award recipient, I knew this was the perfect fit for our children. If you enjoy golfing, we are literally surrounded by golf courses including a world-class course which is home to a senior open. If you like entertainment, just travel over to Bethlehem for the internationally renowned MusicFest or if you prefer the big city - New York is just an hour away as well as a 40 minute drive to Philadelphia and all they have to offer. We have it all but can easily just as well stay home and enjoy the serenity of Center Valley. "
  • sue k.
"It is a great place to live. One hour to Philadelphia, 2 hours to New York, 2-4 hours to shore points, 3 hours to our nation's capital. Old mixes with new. All the latest technology available, upscale shopping, latest in cinemas, casino shows, theater. Beautiful scenery- still have farms for picking up fresh produce, yet beautiful new stores, highly rated hospitals and other medical facilities. Many old stone homes along with new construction. A mixture of types of living quarters from lofts to single family homes, townhouses and apartments. Schools are highly rated. Golf courses are many; lots of churches of many faiths. Restaurants of ever style from fast food chains to exclusive top rated establishments."
