Unit comes with an air conditioner.

Kitchen is 7 1/2x 7 3/4
Bedroom is 14x10 ft 7 inches
Coin Laundry located on site in the basement along with a storage unit.
Parking is located in the back of the building for tenants only.

Application fee is $30. This will include a background check as well as income verification.
Security deposit of $500 plus first months rent in due when signing the lease agreement.
Owner pays for water, trash removal and surveillance system.
Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
We do not accept any vouchers.
