Unfortunately, my experience with Arroyo has been extremely frustrating due to the complete lack of responsiveness from the principal, counseling team, and management staff. Repeated attempts to reach out for assistance—whether regarding academic concerns, student well-being, or administrative matters—have gone unanswered or been met with generic, unhelpful responses.The counseling department, which should be a key resource for students, is nearly impossible to get in touch with, leaving students and parents without guidance when it's needed most. The principal and administrative staff seem disengaged, showing little effort in addressing concerns or even acknowledging inquiries.A school should be a place where communication is prioritized, especially when it comes to student success and well-being. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. If you are considering this school, be prepared for frustration and a lack of support from leadership.I truly hope the administration takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve their responsiveness and commitment to their students and families.

Edendale provides a safe school environment where teachers strive to ensure that every student is treated with respect and learns at high levels.

We’ve had an amazing experience with the Spanish immersion program. The teachers are incredibly caring and responsive to parents. Our son picked up Spanish so fast- he was reading pretty much fluently in Spanish by the middle of Kindergarten and was able to converse with other children in Spanish without any problems. It helps a lot that the classes are balanced 50/50 for home languages, so the kids have lots of opportunities to speak in Spanish with their peers.

Negative one. Admin is in constnat reactive mode to problems but wont take a stand against so many social ills that plague the place. Kids regularly run around out of control on campus and noone does anything about it. Gen ed teachers dont attend IEP meetings
