About this House

Great home on a corner lot with a beautiful lake view in the back that can be seen from the windows on the backside. This home is in pristine condition. You can tell it has been well cared for during their ownership. There is an open Carolina room off of the living room as well as a closed in porch with windows and screens. All of the windows in the house have been replaced as well as the roof which was done in November 2015. The owners just installed a new LVT luxury vinyl plank floor in the kitchen. There is a security system in the home and they are offering a 1 year warranty with the sale. One of the great benefits of this home is that it has a reverse osmosis water purifier system.
