"Grew up here and just moved back. It’s super pretty, quiet and in the woods but close to civilization. Cant beat it!"
  • Selah L.
"You have to use your own form of transportation. This means that public transportation such as buses and trains are not easily accessible. "
  • Brunkle29
"Community HOA has scheduled events throughout the year. We also have a dedicated clubhouse with exercise equipment, and sauna. Clubhouse also has community meeting space, with a full kitchen and bar. There is also a separate quiet space with a mini library. "
  • mk
"Excellent place to live to connect with nature and enjoy country living within short commute to all urban services one could want! It's suburbia without the dense housing, a luxury area with many substantial homes tucked away in hard to spot developments and land parcels. Superb location to raise a family, retire,be a couple or even be single! Top rated schools and neighbors who give a friendly wave in the morning:) It's amazing no huge developer has discovered and build out the remaining open farm land here yet as it's such a excellent location!! I'd recommend living here if I was asked."
  • Julie N.
"This is an excellent area to raise children, lots of activities, (camps, sports, arts and culture). This is country living, yet still close to suburbia and city life. Parks and recreation areas are in abundance. Gourmet restaurants in quaint surroundings, in addition to some of the larger restaurant chains. Excellent school system. "
  • Namattis
"This area is unusually well situated. The country setting offers much to do -- a very active nature society, a large state park, the famed Longwood Gardens and Winterthur, local wineries, and Wilmingon's cultural offerings nearby -- and that is just scratching the surface. An important advantage is closeness to I-95 and Amtrak in Wilmington (with ample parking) and both the Philly and BI airports. A commute to Philly or Baltimore is approx an hour each way. Delaware tax-free shopping is easily accessible as well. Also nearby in Delaware are several outstanding private schools for anyone who prefers that. The local schools, however, are highly rated. This area is rolling hills and horse farms -- fantastic scenery. And picturesque Lancaster county, with its Amish and Mennonite flavor, is a half hour away. "
  • MaryMaldonado0523
"I used to live here before I had to transfer due to a job relocation. The Landenberg area was absolutely stunning and a fantastic place to raise a family. I would move back in a heartbeat if I had the chance."
  • Dsrakoff
"Morgan Hollow Community is much sought after and for good reason. Friendly neighbors! Beautiful wooded lots. Beautiful homes. We all feel very lucky to live here."
  • Michael M.
"This home is situated on 1.4 Acres on Chambers Rock Farm that backs to White Clay Creek. Quiet, serene area among nature but close to major travel routes and activities. "
