We do not allow pets including (but not limited to) indoor/outdoor cats and dogs due to the property being situated next to a chaparral canyon with lots of wildlife. The landlord lives on the same premises as the rental closer the the canyon. The landlord will be paying for garbage, gardening, and sewage. The renter will be paying for electricity, water, and internet. Open to rent October 1st, 2024. The rental lease is a fixed, 12-month lease with the option of renewing at landlord's discretion. No smoking/vaping allowed inside house.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
