Nice single family house with fenced yard, shed for storage, large two car garage. Inside is three bedroom, one bath with AC and also a basement. Water and trash are paid. We do allow 1 pet per property with a $30 a month pet fee. Cats must be fixed and only certain breeds of dogs are allowed. No pit bulls, rottweilers, german shepards, or chows. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

 No criminal record in the last five years
 No evictions in the last five years
 Steady job for more than a year or steady source of monthly income
 If you are self employed we will need two years tax returns
 Take home pay must be three times the monthly rent ($2100)
Not Section 8 approved

 Application fee is $20 per adult

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
