    "There are stray dogs in this area i dont have pets nor do i like them. dogs must be on leashe at all times in this area. Also there are alot of of kids in this area not a good place for pets"

    "I lived there for 4 years, my neighbors were kind and respectful while I was there, I had no negative situations or troubles that were not easily resolved within the H.O.A. It is a good place to live and mostly quiet if you take into consideration that this area is considered inner city."
