About the Neighborhood:
5 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, and multiple coffee/tea shops. You will not find such a good deal so close to the beach.
Unit is close to public transport. For 2nd Street, take bus 121 or 112. To Cal State Long Beach, take Bus 93.

Do you work in downtown Los Angeles? Avoid the headache and cost associated with commuting. This unit is one minute walking distance to the public transport that takes you to the Metro Transit Mall. To go to the Long Beach Transit Mall, take bus 121, 21, or 111. At the Metro Transit Mall, take the Blue Line straight to downtown Los Angeles.

Combined household income has to be at least $4200/month. No eviction filings. No pets. Outside/backyard smoking only. No loud music or instruments. Please carefully check you meet requirements.
