Deposit can be held up to 45 days, making sure there are no hidden repairs or expenses
that tenant will owe. No partial rent payments accepted. HOA is paid by the owner. No smoking in the Home. No one is allowed to reside at the property unless they are on the lease.
Tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn/yard for the term of this lease. Weeds are to be kept out of the flower beds, and pine straw to be installed in the fall and the spring. Edge front sidewalk, sidewalk at the street and down both sides of the driveway.

Two free neighborhood pools, marina and an equestrian center. A fun bookclub group gathers monthly during the school year.
